As an artist living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, I find myself deeply immersed in every detail of my work. For such an unforgiving, messy medium, there’s something almost comical about that.
My style is defined by intricate slip trailed swirls, each one unique yet part of a cohesive whole. This pattern, which I’ve carried over into both acrylic and oil painting, feels automatic to my hands.
When you own a piece of my art, you’re not just acquiring a creation, you’re holding a piece of me, my time, my energy, and my obsession. In a way, you become the keeper of one of my obsessions.
